I figured out my issues, hopefully this will help others. POD farm would freeze up when loading the USB drivers, which were from Yamaha/Steinberg because I have Cubase installed on this computer. While all of my Line 6 software and drivers were up to date, my Yamaha/Steinberg drivers were not. Once I updated them everything is working as it should.

I have the same problem, is anyone getting replies to this?

Same problem here, except the Logo stays up. It tries to load yamaha steinberg USB drivers twice and then stalls out.
