Well just managed to get it to load up , maybe the old shut down and reboot the laptop helped ;) thanks for everyones input .

hi I have downloaded it again and its still the same , for some reason I can't open it ( and bizarrely it seems to change the name from Helix to Transcribe) My machine is a 2012 MacBook Pro 2.9ghz 8gb of ram running the latest OS X. Cheers

Im running a MacBook with 10.13.3 and HX EDIT won't even open to attempt to install it , on my older MacBook it just crashes so I can't update at all , very frustrating .
