  1. Try again, it has been resolved as of today for me, same issue.
  2. It works! I was just able to connect and open it on both of my workstations.
  3. There are already threads here, on Windows and Mac, about the trial not working, or just getting a splash screen after login. I heard back from support today, here is what they said... Thank you, Ben!!!
  4. Exactly the same thing is happening to me on Windows...help!
  5. Oh, yeah. I am using 0 of 5 activations, and only 12 lifetime. Everything looks normal, but Helix Native on Win 11 seems to have failed.
  6. I'm trying to activate a new computer and get the exact same screen. Tried within Reaper, and a couple other places and the exact same thing. It shows that I log in successfully, then this. I need the active button to get this new computer going.
  7. I was afraid of that.
  8. I got another HD500 after selling my second one. I keep changing my mind. Unfortunately, the seller forgot to tell me that the USB port has a pin busted out. Can I use MIDI instead? When I try to connect with Monkey using midi, the HD series disappears off of the list.
