Oh, yeah. I am using 0 of 5 activations, and only 12 lifetime. Everything looks normal, but Helix Native on Win 11 seems to have failed.

I'm trying to activate a new computer and get the exact same screen. Tried within Reaper, and a couple other places and the exact same thing. It shows that I log in successfully, then this. I need the active button to get this new computer going.

I got another HD500 after selling my second one. I keep changing my mind. Unfortunately, the seller forgot to tell me that the USB port has a pin busted out. Can I use MIDI instead? When I try to connect with Monkey using midi, the HD series disappears off of the list.
