I'm guessing this is it! HX Edit says 3.7 and Native says 3.71 while the Helix itself has version 3.11 but I can't seem to update this through edit because Edit claims there is no update available... Any help with this perhaps? I am on mac. Googling for it as well but I'm a bit short in time.

Hey Everyone, I have an annoying problem here: I prefer to build my sounds on the Helix Native plugin so I can save those to disk and import them to my Helix device. BUT For every preset my amp+cab block disappeared! How can I fix this? Am I missing something and how can I prevent this from happening every time? I am rather new to the Helix! Thanks in advance!
