Thierrocker
Hey Everyone, I have an annoying problem here: I prefer to build my sounds on the Helix Native plugin so I can save those to disk and import them to my Helix device. BUT For every preset my amp+cab block disappeared! How can I fix this? Am I missing something and how can I prevent this from happening every time? I am rather new to the Helix! Thanks in advance! silverhead
Make sure you are running compatible versions of Helix firmware, HX Edit, and Helix Native. The latest versions of firmware and Native are v3.71; Edit is v3.70.

HX Edit says 3.7 and Native says 3.71 while the Helix itself has version 3.11 but I can't seem to update this through edit because Edit claims there is no update available... Any help with this perhaps? I am on mac. Googling for it as well but I'm a bit short in time.
silverhead
First use HX Edit to create a Helix system backup file. Then download the v3.71 firmware file, and also the latest version of Line 6 Updater. Run the Updater program, select Update From File, and point it to the firmware file.
