  1. My Helix Native installation started throwing this error early this year (2025) and I could not find a fix. I had a dozen exchanges with Line 6 support who had me uninstalling, de-registering the PC, disconnecting my PC from the network, on and on. Nothing worked. However THIS simple step of logging into my account from the Native VST screen which was throwing the error FIXED it. Thank you ever so much!
  2. This has happened to me after I cloned my system C: drive to a larger SSD unit. I only use Helix native occasionally but I use HX Edit daily with my Helix floor units. Having to completely uninstall and reinstall and UNREGISTER the computer is, frankly, ridiculous.
  3. I have two Helix floor units, one for gigs and one for studio. I prefer Preset Mode Switches set up with Snap/Stomp mode. But quite a few number of times now the unit (either one) suddenly changes to Preset/Stomp mode. This always freaks me out and is especially troublesome while on a gig since I rely on Snap/Stomp mode heavily.. Is there some footswitch combination I'm inadvertently triggering that is causing this? It seems like it happens when I reach for an upper snapshot switch and maybe touch one of the lower Stomp switches at the same time. Is there any way to LOCK global settings to prevent this from happening? The only way I know to get it back to normal is to drop to my knees and go into Menu / Global Settings / Footswitches and return the Preset Mode Switches to my preferred setting. Very frustrating. Thanks to anyone who can help or shed light on this.
