    So I tried a factory reset and it didn't work

    I'll try a factory reset but I'm worried I won't be able to edit my user saved presets if it doesn't work.

    Hi all, Recently acquired this amp and had a bit of an issue with the rotary function of the preset knob being a bit temperamental. Now it's chosen to stop working all together. However, the push to edit function of the knob still works. Any suggestions? Alex
