  1. Wow think of all the constructive things you could have done with your day if you didn’t have to fire off condescending replies to people who just want a bit of advice. As it happens I solved the problem, thanks for all your help, it’s what make these forums worthwhile.
  2. I seem to remember coming here and finding page after page of tones for some of my older line 6 products but now there are hardly any at all. I have a Pod Go and The HX stomp XL and the selection is limited, even Helix offers very little. I only get one page of tones am I doing something wrong?
  3. I have the wireless Pod Go and I find it annoying that the only way to charge the G10 transmitter is to leave it plugged in the Pod with all its flashing lights and colour screen on. Is there a way to put the Pod into a semi shutdown leaving just enough power to charge the G10? Apart from the fact that the Pod is unusable whilst charging it seems like a waste of energy. Or is the alternative solution to try and buy a receiver which make the whole point of the wireless Pod useless. Or perhaps I am missing something obvious!
  4. Yes, I’m an idiot! Thanks for your contribution.
  5. When I press the up/down switches to change patches, the display changes to the next patch but then goes back to the original one. I can change via Bluetooth and the app but the foot switches will not work. Am I missing something here?
  6. This is interesting, My jTV69 has stopped responding to model changes from my Pod hd500 and it happened just after I tightened up my loose volume knob. I never connected the two things until I saw this post. Could that have caused my problem and if so what can I do about it? cheers.
  7. Thanks ric and Jamie I will give The eq idea a go.
  8. Thanks for the tip, afraid it’s not practical though. I think EBay beckons!
  9. I did a reset on the machine so they are the factory presets
  10. I recently bought a Firehawk after using an X3 Live for a while, but I have found that so many patches have a biting top end which distorts on the G and B strings. I can fiddle around and make it workable but don’t understand why I should have to do that. I am using a JTV Variax, Roadhouse Strat and a 335 and they are all the same. I am using the amp out setting into a Fender Champion 100 with the amp tones set flat. Am I doing something basically wrong here or is the unit faulty, it was bought second hand. I never had a problem with the X3.
