I have opened a ticket and waiting to hear back. i checked the other settings, like previous/ engage snapshot, as well as discard charges to snapshots and seem to be in alignment with yours. i can test tonight if reinstalling firmware helps. i appreciate your help and clarity!

So interesting enough - on 1B double double, if i to to snapshot 4 delay comes on. If i click snapshot #4 again, it turns the delay audibly off. Similar to how it's acting on my other presets.

i replied above that the delay is working correctly on 1B and posted presets as suggested, so i don't understand your response

here's another same issue. If you click on Verse then click on a different Verse, it turns off delay. Switch to chorus, and the delay will persist until i click another chorus and it seems to turn off. Seems to only affect delays True.hsp

even when i copy the delay from 1b into a new preset, i get the same behavior.

Delay works in 1b this is what I did new preset, add delay snapshot 2 turn delay off snapshot 1 & 3 delay is on switching from snapshot 3 to 1 turns the delay off audibly, but shows on in snapshot

Delays do not carry over between snapshots, even with trails on and the delay stays on for the whole time. using current firmware.

Do you have the midi commands set to the footswitches or to the instant commands? check each snapshot and check the command center to see what you midi messages are set as.

One of the few things i actually got the Aux switch to work with was the H9... it's clunky but ok for the H9. You can't break anything here, but you will need a stereo plug and patience. I found in the end it was better to forget using the aux switch, and do most control of the H9 via midi from the Helix.

So, i got a stereo cable to use for the fs input on the Digitech Jamman. In my preset, i make two footswitches that send the connections to the pedal to change the loop up and down. Works like a charm... Unless i press any other button on the Snapshot menu. Any of the footswitches, even the 'next snapshot' button sends the Jamman into a perpetual count up or down. If i go back to the stomp box mode and click the buttons to change up and down they work, but wont break the cycle. If i switch presets, it resets and works again, until i push a snapshot button. What's going on here with the Ext Amp output jack??

I think you need a midi converter box for those pedals. Check this out.
