  1. Thanks Fido, I'll give it a whirl and let you know. Much appreciated
  2. Not sure if this is possible, but the basic idea I'm trying to do is use an open footswitch to bypass all Overdrive pedals at once. Trying to keep it brief in summary, here's my layout: Compressor (no FS)>Teemah! (FS 6)>TS808 (FS 8)>OCD (Also FS 8)>Gain (FS 10)>Deluxe Amp+Cab(No FS)>Par EQ(No FS)>Univibe(FS 5)> Simple Delay(FS 7)>Ducked Delay(FS 10)>Plate Verb(FS 9) So, I have my crunch with the Teemah!, and my high gain with the TS808 and OCD combined on a footswitch. Or all 3 if I just leave the Teemah! on too. What I'd like to do is assign FootSwitch 4 just to Bypass the Teemah!, TS808 and OCD at the same time. So I can just go back to the base clean sound with just the Fender amp. Sort of like a what a pedal looper can do by omitting certain pedals. However, I know you can't assign a block to multiple footswitches. Anyone have a work around for this? Or if I missed something with the advanced FS assign, then that would be good to know. Thanks
  3. Seems the impedance change to auto helped. Pad was off, btw. Thanks
  4. So, best I can describe my issue is that even with my guitar volume pot dimed, I still can't get the high gain distortions and sustain. It's almost like it doesn't really go past 6 or 7 and is still kinda clean. Even with Rectifire, 5150 or Bogner amps with an Obsessive drive in front of it. Normally would think the pot needs cleaning or re-solder, but it's virtually a brand new Suhr Modern Satin. Still not out of the question, but I think it's unlikely. Have yet to try with an amp to see how it performs with a real amp as a test though. I'm playing through headphones (DT 770, 80 ohm) only right now since I'm in a condo. Headphone volume is about 10 o'clock and is a decent level. This goes for all the patches, so it's not just one patch where a noise gate could be choking it. And the volume pedal is at 100%. Any ideas? Read to change input impedance to Auto instead of 1M. Will try that when I get home to see if it helps, but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.

    Helix FAQ

I'm not a Line 6 owner, so apologies if I'm reading the amp list decoding wrong...but it looks like there is no Mesa Mark IV, IIC+ or Mark V iterations. If so, any reason why not? Since I'll be in the market for an AX8, the Helix also caught my attention, but I do like my Mesa amp sims (just not Recto really). Or is that one of those things that will need to be purchased if/when they release a boutique or Metal/Hi-gain amp pack??
