Is there any way to install the Flash Memory upgrade on an HD500X without using Monkey? I run MacOS Catalina and there is no working version of Monkey for Catalina currently available. How can I get the Flash Memory upgrade onto the device?

Hi, I've just updated the firmwares of my HD500 with the newest Line 6 Monkey on a Win10 computer. All the installation processes went right. After installing the Flash Memory update with "success", the "uodates board"in Monkey show a Yellow warning sign in front of Flash Memory and says "Installed Version : Unknow". If I try to Update Selection, the update fail with the following message : "(Code 8000900C) Midi device timed out waiting for response." If I start the HD500 in safe mode (power on with right arrow), line 6 monkey show no more error (the yellow sign). If I Update Selection in safe mode, the installation is ok, but back in normal mode the error messages are the same. I've tried to reboot everything many times, I've tried with a 2nd computer. I've tried another usb cable,... Hope someone can help. Thanks Vincent
