What is an acceptable repair time length on an Helix?
After 1 week waiting I thought I would ask its status and was told that the repair centre didn't have the time to look at it yet as they are too busy.
Now it's been 2 weeks and I still have no news what is happening.
Authorised Line 6 Service Centres are not specific to Line 6 products and undertake work from other brands and from private individuals. I understand that and I accept the situation.
I an not made of money and I can't afford a second unit for a backup; yes I do have other amps but these are no match for the versatility and customised preset that work with the JTV guitar. The set list would need a radical change...
What are your experiences in this matter and what is Line 6 policy?
