I am following along with all the tutorials that I can find, but my sound is literally always different. I can never get any low end out of my HD Pro. I'm plugged directly into my interface, the bass is at 100%, I have a cab selected, but it still sounds like it has no cab at all. There's nothing but high end. This is really frustrating. Someone please help!

So i bought this pod pro off a mate and it never worked while i've had it, today i was trying to get it working. It turns up and if it's plugged in to the USB it is recognized by my PC, however the screen doesn't show any data (see attached). i can't get any signal from m guitar either. if you can help me distinguish if its a firmware or software problem that would be great! and any suggestions for a fix would be fantastic.
