ux 2 problem

DEAR
it's been over ten years since I bought a new UX2  ... Lately it pops up warning "NO AUTHORIZED DEVICE Connected"

I tried to register my product, I entered the serial number but do not know the date ... I really do not know what to do please for help

Something must have changed somewhere - do you have a different L6 account?

 

Its no biggie though - I am sure you could "ballpark" the date as there is no warrenty due to the age.

 

Unless the problem you are having is with something else like Pod Farm where it might be a matter of running the License Manager.
