nickson Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Hello. I have a problem with my TonePort DI Gold interface. I've been using it for many years. But then I moved to Mac and I noticed the input sound on Mac is different then in Windows. It's a bit muffled. I recorded the same thing in same Cubase versions both in Windows and Mac and the sound really differs. It's more bright and clean in Windows. I'm using the latest drivers on both systems. I'm using Windows 7, OS X Maverics. I'd like to stick with Mac but I don't want to get worse sound ( What can cause the problem and what solution can you recommend? Thanx. Thanx for reply. I'm not really sure if that's a DAW-related problem. I tried recording in Studio One, but I get exactly the same result.
