its3nder Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 I'm very new to the UX2 community, I'm on windows 7, I'm using an AT2035 to record videos/podcast for youtube and i'm wondering what the best settings would be for this. I also have a lot of background noise from computer fans and was wondering if there was also a way to cut that noise down. I have no clue what i'm doing and need help! Thanks! fflbrgst Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 On the fan noise - move away from the computer, or use a dynamic mic (which would be less sensitive), try to set up with the 'null' of hte mic towards the noise-producing stuff.
