After the update of me HD500x edit to 2.26.0 firmare, the % indication on the knobs of all Amp parameters on display of the PC disapear. Anyone of you got the same experience. How can solve ? duncann Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 If you mean the amp DEP (mv, sag, hum, bias, bias x) and cab DEP (lo-cut, res, thump, decay) then Line 6 is aware of the problem and working on a fix, according to a support ticket I opened about this. But it's been quite a long time so who really knows... If you mean the drive, tone stack, channel volume, and e.r. controls not showing their values, haven't seen that one and not sure what would cause that. whatsdoing Posted May 22, 2017 Share Posted May 22, 2017 Recently purchased a HD500x, did the firmware update & have the same issue. I found that if I select an amp higher up the list the sag, hum etc parameters appear then I could go back to one lower on the list eg a marshall & the amp parameters would remain.
