mrzilla69 Posted September 27, 2015 Share Posted September 27, 2015 Hoping someone can help me. I have a Sonic Port VX (less than a year old) that's been used maybe 10 times. Never dropped or damaged in anyway, looks like new and worked about a month ago. I plugged it in last night to show a friend how awesome this device is and ...... nothing. No input signal into any app (native line 6 app, ampkit, bias). I was using iOS 8 but upgraded last night to iOS 9 because my documentation stated to use the most up to date app software and iOS. Is there any thing I can do to test the device and or cable. Also, does anyone know what the warranty is on this device. Wanted to show my another guitarist and bassist all of the amp settings - I was laughed out of the room when the thing wouldn't make a sound. This thing no longer holds any value for me. mrzilla69 Posted October 10, 2015 Author Share Posted October 10, 2015 Mine stopped working while I was using IOS 8, i upgraded to 9 'cause my documentation stated that i should use the lates IOS and latest software.
