Hello everyone

My firehawk is upgraded the lastest firmware. Download user tone via tone serarch function and than save it on my firehawk.

Unfortunately, whenever I change the tone, sound volume reduce.

(ex: Bank 30 - 1 to Bank 30 -2, return Bank 30 - 1   reduce volume 10 -> volume 5 continually)

Yes, turn on after turn off the machine, it works nomarlly.

Would tell me how to solve the problem?

Check that there are no min/max settings set up on the volume pedal (it can be set up to control effect parameters too so make sure you check all your blocks)

Other than that, are you resaving the tone Once you have the volume where you want it?

Thanks for your reply. It seems to miscommunicate what I mean.

I didn't do anything whenever I change tone. except press A, B, C, D or Upper Arrow & Down Arrow

Ex  1. I play my guitar at Bank 30 - A  (sound: Very Loud)

       2. Change the tone Bank 29 - B (sound: Very Loud)

       3. Return Bank 30 - A (sound: small)

Would you know how to solve it ?

Hi. I continue to have the same problem. I did some pedal calibrations, I did a factory restore, I have the last update version. But I still continue to have the same problem. Some patches volume sometime change without any apparent reason. What can I do now?? Please LINE6, tell me, thanks.

I like LINE6 concept and technology but I think that LINE6'd do a better and longer testing period before selling electronics all over the world.

I had a lot of problems with mixer STAGESCAPE M20D, and I continue to have them (I must use it only at home). I had a lot of problems with a VARIAX guitar (I had to sell it) and now I have some strange problems with FIREHAWK (sometimes some "Load error 21" and now this volume problem).

Why spent money for a non affordable project??
