We're going to need more information to better help you. How old is the unit? Did you buy it used? Is it under warranty? Have you tried stepping hard on the toe switch? When you do, does the little green or red light to the left of the expression pedal change back and forth? Are you using any specific preset? Do you understand how to assign specific things to the expression pedal?

Are those pictures of your device?

I bought a new unit in April of 2013. (I guess there is no guarantee. I do not know)

Switch (between EXP 1 and EXP-2) works!

It does not work the volume change, etc. (up down).

I know how to assign the expression pedal different things.

Calibration does not help. (does not work)

1 and 2 photos of my unit, and 3 photo found on the Internet. (I was not able to photograph large)

Maybe I need to replace the PCB (assembly)? where to buy it ???

I would be grateful for your help !!!
