Callerz Posted June 15, 2016 Share Posted June 15, 2016 Hi All, I'm not sure if this is the right place but I've checked and I cant find this topic anywhere, i'm pretty sure it must have been discussed before now. anyway. I'm a bit new here a proper stuck. I have installed the Helix driver onto my x64 W7 machine, when the Helix is connected, I can select the driver in the playback engine in Protools 11 but the USB 1&2 or whatever doesn't appear in my list of ins/outs. When I revert back to the Avid Mbox drivers in the playback engine, I can see inputs for it no problem. I can edit the patches via USB when using the Helix editor. I'm not sure if its a driver issue (because editing is possible) or Protools messing about, Has anyone heard of this issue at all?
