Problem disconnected Editor 2.01?

Update Problem 2.01

On my Windows 10, I have had trouble installing the update .... after several times by uninstalling the Line 6 1.09 updater and reinstalling !!!
For my Helix since 2.01 is hardly recognized.

In the editor 2.01, it is marked offline and impossible to recognize it in the editor even though I managed to put the firmware 2.01 on Helix.

I uninstall and reinstall several times but not always disconnected in the editor.

Do you have a solution ?

I found the solution to my problem on Windows 10 is the fact not to run in administrator who pose the problem and not the antivirus internet security kaspersy.
