I have open a ticket but i am amazed that no one is the same problem as me. My helix is one of the first units released in September 2015.

The display works but for example for the 2.10 I was forced to put I do not know how many times for Tap to reappear. I have this problem since the 2.00 update and each subsequent update. I noticed that the PC editor could even cause this problem by testing.

Following the new update 2.00 so you no longer need to manually reverse the polarity for Roland EV5 type. Finally Line 6 took into account user demand and thus for example the external expression pedals (EXP2, EXP3). Just reverse the polarity directly in the "Global Settings" then take "Exp Pedals" like this by changing from "normal" to "inverted":

I found the solution to my problem on Windows 10 is the fact not to run in administrator who pose the problem and not the antivirus internet security kaspersy.

Update Problem 2.01 On my Windows 10, I have had trouble installing the update .... after several times by uninstalling the Line 6 1.09 updater and reinstalling !!! For my Helix since 2.01 is hardly recognized. In the editor 2.01, it is marked offline and impossible to recognize it in the editor even though I managed to put the firmware 2.01 on Helix. There is a lag of at least half a second to change presets. I do not find it normal in 2015 that the latency is not optimal ... I had the TT is amplified with the FBV Shortboard MkII, I did not have this latency problem except in the Android app. How is it that there have not corrected at the Firehawk pedal. Verify firewall and antivirus . i have kaspersky 2014 and i resolve a little the problem just one inactivate. i search a solution. i no think then the guitar is the problem because with workbench hd if i upload all presets on the variax jtv , it's ok. Using an Windows 7 (64 bits pro) Excuse me for my little english, i m french ;-)
