Crackling and popping after updating Helix with firmaware 2.20

Hi guys! I've been experiencing crackling and popping noises since I've updated my firmware to 2.20. I initially thought that the problem was a result of faulty accessories (i.e. cables, batteries for pickups, headphones, etc), albeit, I've tested my Helix with multiple guitars and basses through all new appurtenances in multiple environments yet the issue still remains. After experimentation within the unit I noticed that the problem only occurs when an amp or effect block is engaged. The signal is still processed but the noises are conspicuous in the background when playing opening chords and audibly apparent when when palm muting. Has anyone else experienced this before I have my Helix sent in for repairs? I can upload a sound sample once I get home from work if need be.

Are you using the vintage digital delay in your presets?

No, I created a simple patch with only an amp, cab and noise gate blocks. I think it may have something to do with the 2.20 update because I didn't have this problem prior. I've submitted a support ticket because in addition to this, I found out that the Badonk amp block and parameters do not show up in Helix Edit but they do show up on my Helix display. I've reinstalled versions 1.11 of Line 6 Updater and Helix Firmware 2.20 yet the issue still remains.

Are you on version 2.20 Editor as well? Sometimes if you are using an older editor, it gets quirky. Sounds like you are not on the current editor.

I am running 2.20 and don't have any crackles or pops, and many others out there don't either. Sometimes if you have "trails" on in a delay or reverb, kicking in a drive or high gain amp while the delay or reverb is still trailing may result in a crack or pop. Sometimes the vintage digital delay will do something similar if the headroom parameter is not cranked up a bit.

I'll verify when I get home from work.
