hideout
I'd love a backup for my Helix and was toying with the idea of the Helix LT, but this is tempting.
bjnette
The LT will be the better backup of your Helix for obvious reasons. This is an entirely different beast
Phil_GMC
I had one, much simpler to get good amp tones of of the box but the effects aren't pedal based. For instance, the delay block has around 35 knobs to twiddle, you need a good knowledge of how delay works and then I guess, you could get practically any delay sound that helix has. My advice, stick with the LT, don't serve two masters ;)
aleclee
That's my backup rig.
hideout
I'm not opposed to having a backup rig that sounds a little differently than my regular rig. If it weren't for the lack of an expression pedal, I wouldn't be hesitating now and get one.
nation-x
I have one of those. It is no replacement for a Helix. It's a great unit but not really that comparable, IMHO. The Helix has so much more flexibility it's crazy.
