SV MKII HD100 Noise at preset change

Hello,

I have a problem, I use a pedal MIDI (other than Line6) and change program I hear a POC especially between sound clear and saturated.
Do you have the same problem?
I realized that by increasing the volume of the presets until 11h the noise disappeared but at the same time, it is not possible to play more than 1 on the master of the amp.
Do you have the same problem and have you solved it?

Je me suis aperçu qu'en augmentant le volume des presets jusqu’à 11h le bruit disparaissait mais, en même temps, il n'est pas possible de jouer à plus de 1 sur le Master de l'ampli.

Yes, I had the same issue. There have been other posts about this in the past. This amp is notoriously loud. Put a physical effect that has a volume setting in the effects loop (preamp out / power amp in). I use an Alesis Nanocompresser and just use the volume only to turn it down. This way I can set the master level to something more reasonable like 4 or 5.
