solrizzo
Pod pedal board HD500X. Cant switch between the 2 Expression modes with pedal. It does work as a volume. Theres a 1 inch little "nub" that sticks down on the toe end...this is supposed to engage sw13 on the pedal switch pcb. , down inside the whole units surface . Is there supposed to be a rubber boot or spacer on the metal nub? it doesnt quite reach the switch pad inside. However , i think sw13 might be broken--i removed the small sw pedal pcb and i can hear the switch rattle around like its broken . If there isnt a spacer or boot on that pedal nub--i think sw13 was broken by too much force on the toe end of pedaL....What do you think? and can i buy the little pedal sw. pcb from Line 6 if its bad ? yes i re-calibrated the pedal . Thanks !! if you need a pic of what im talking about let me know
pianoguyy
Yes, there is a rubber ball underneath the pedal. It keeps the two pieces of metal from going clang clang every time you rock it. Because of the rubber ball (until it gets broken in), it can be a little tough to step. It helps if you are standing when you press, while wearing shoes, and not on a carpeted floor.
telecustom88
I noticed when I first used one of these that you really have to push down hard to switch the pedal. I actually thought something was wrong at first. But I got used to it.
