Looking for his mid and high gain rhythm settings. I've got close with the JCM and Angl amps using various cabs, eq and impulse responses Any help would be appreciated. gunpointmetal Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 A big part of his tone comes from his really bright, clear, pickups. Maybe put an EQ in front with some of the 300-400Hz dipped and a slight boost around 2-3kHz. Another key is having strings that are WAAAAAYY too loose on the bottom end so half of the tone is string noise bouncing off the frets....
