gunpointmetal
Downloaded and installed the Helix drivers? Sorry if that seems condescending, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen someone just plug something in expecting it to work like a mouse or keyboard instead of installing the proper drivers. HonestOpinion
Assuming you are on Windows. You can download the driver as gunpointmetal suggests. You can also download the version of the "Helix" app that matches your firmware. This will include the driver as well as the version of the Editor and Updater that match your firmware version. Downloading the latest version of the "Helix" app will provide you with the latest Updater to update your firmware and Editor to the latest version(2.21). Backups first.
