maxetere
I guys, I use Helix with my Mesa Mark V head with the "4 cable method". I put my in-ear monitor system in Helix headphone out but the sound is awful, my guitar sound like a cloud of mosquitoes. Maybe is the real sound of PRE section of my head. So, there's a trick to improve the sound? Can I add a cab simulator to headphone out or I can use another Helix out? My In-ear system support XLR connection. Thank you! jonandtice
Split your signal chain at the end by adding a cabinet block, selecting it (with the action button) and moving it down with the joystick. Select the merge point and move it down with the joystick to split the outputs. Your second path with the cabinet (and you could add some reverb) will now have its own output that you can set to XLR. You should also set your first output to send to 1/4" out instead of Multi. In the global settings you can set the headphone to monitor only XLR.
