dazzler111 Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 hello everyone, I'm new to helix and technology lol, I've tried plug headphones into the helix ,the idea being to listen to and play along with music on YouTube to try and get a decent tone comparisons but no joy .I'm plugging into the unit and also tried going into the laptop .any help would be a great help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
silverhead Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 When you connect Helix to your computer via USB the Helix device will usually automatically become your computer's soundcard. If this is not automatic you will have to manually change your computer's audio settings to use the Helix device rather than its internal soundcard.
