Downloaded from line6.com, the .pkg file won't open on my El Capitan 10.11.6 OS - the progress bar of "finder" just won't move.... I have no idea what to do differently... Thanks for your help! Hi soundophil, “is anybody having trouble...?” Well the answer is yes and no, but mainly no. It’s really easy. Because these sort of questions seems to crop up right after any update to the Helix software, a pinned post designed to assist with these issues, has been created by phil_m. I’ve no idea why, but it appears that those who are seeking help don’t bother to read it, or follow the very simple instructions. You can find it right at the top of the entries on this forum.
