Tavor7
I have not found a way to achieve this on the Helix yet so i think a really good idea would be to add a Cab "Mix" to to either a new set of cabs or to the existing cabs. This could allow you to mix the sound pre cab and post post cab. this would be for mostly live sounds when playing through a live cab so that you could "warm" the sound with a little extra character. Many of the cabs and IRs dont work well with a live cab This can allow you the ability to get the tone you want without the Cab IR overpowering the sound. . if there is already a way to do this let me know. phil_m
There's a Mix parameter in the IR block that let's you control the dry/wet mix. It's default value is 100, but you can dial it back to whatever you want. As far as the Cab block, you could accomplish what you want by putting it in a parallel path. You can control the mix between the two paths with "Route to" parameter. in the A/B Split block.
