spaceatl Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Can you post a pic? If it is returnable to your retailer (usually 30 days)....I recommend exchanging it... You could try flashing the unit in Safe Mode.... Connect USB between PC and HD Hold down arrow while powering up HD Open Current Version of Monkey and update firmware.
