I'm using Spider IV 75 with FBV MkII It's not so eay, in my opinion: the Edit software is too much complicated, since you have to connect usb, lost patch changing with the pedalboard, launch the software and change patch with your finger while playing. The panel on the amp is difficult, too. As soon as you touch the Channel volume control the volume reverts to the physical position. What if you want to lower just a bit, starting from the value in memory, and then save the new setting? It's easy to do with smart effects, because in edit panel you can see the stored values and change them starting from the stored value.
