lavaspin Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 I'd like to be able to create a short loop and have it feed to a monitor #2 dedicated to the drummer so that he can hear the loop. The leads I play on top would come out through monitor #1 and have both the loop and the lead playing through them, although I could live with just getting the lead coming out. Anybody know if this is feasible using the Helix looper? If so, how. If not, anybody familiar with a looper that does this? I know I could set up a click track with many loopers and then quantize the loop and have the drummer have an in ear to hear the click, but looking for something simpler. Thx! BigJayBrian Posted April 29, 2019 Share Posted April 29, 2019 At the end of your path, split it, on bottom path put a send/return with the looper, then a send (goes to the drummer monitor), then merge the paths back together and that goes to your monitor Will only work if your looper has a "wet only" signal, otherwise your drummer will hear both the loop and the lead Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
