Playback/recording Cursor Doesn't Move When Using Hd300

I posted this a few days ago and I thought it's happening because I was using very low buffer to reduce latency but I realized that's not what's causing the below issue as it's happening even when the buffers/samples are set to high:

I am using a POD HD300 plugged into my PC via USB. Lately, every now and then, the cursor just freezes during playback/recording when I am using the HD300. I am using the HD300 ASIO drivers. I noticed this happen on 2 different PCs. I also swapped out the USB cable but that didn't resolve the issue. It seems like the HD300 ASIO driver freezes/crashes.

Does this mean that there is a potential hardware issue with the HD300?

If I use a different interface, I don't have this issue. Sometimes I can use the POD for hours without any problems but then if I come back and turn it back on, I run into this issue again. This usually gets resolved if I wait a couple of hours and plug every thing back in. Also, the POD by itself is working fine. I can change presets, use the POD Software on the PC without any issues. The only thing I cannot do is play or record via the HD300 in Reaper.

Thanks for your help!
