HX Stomp Tap Tempo won't change the tempo

Hi there,

I can't seem to get FS3 on the HX Stomp to tap in a tempo. The red light on FS3 flashes at the tempo I've tapped but the speed doesn't actually change in terms of what's being played back.

I've tried touching FS3 to bring up the Tap/Tempo menu and changing the setting between 'Snapshot', 'Global' and 'Preset' and that doesn't make any difference. I've also scanned through the different modes of operation between Stomp Mode, Scroll Mode etc and still it won't actually play back the tapped tempo.

I've had a look in Global Settings as I'm sure that's where I'm going wrong but nothing I change there seems to change it either. Have i disabled it somewhere?

Could someone please help me!?

Many Thanks,

Alec

You have to have the time or rate parameters for the effect(s) you want tied to tap tempo assigned to a note value. Simply push the knob in for that parameter and the value will change from ms or Hz to a note value. The note value relates to the tempo you tap in. If you want the delay time to equal the time you tap in, set it to 1/4.

Thank you so much. Literally couldn't think of another thing I could change for it to work haha. Much appreciated !
