Gene1000
Hello all, I was having an issue with my three pocket pods making repetitive clicking sounds. All three of them when plugged in to a wall socket. Also with static or hissing noises. My solution was to go to batteries. The problem was interference in my home. Could be anything. But it affected all three pocket pods when on the three adapters. You could try shutting things off in the home or disconnecting things. But there's no doubt that the issue is electrical interference. Perhaps there might be another electrical adapter which fixes this, but all three of my pods and adapters are affected. As far as the hissing noise, electric interference has an impact. You could also turn down the mike sensitivity. This worked for me.
daveny5
You can go to Home Depot and get an outlet tester. It looks like a plug with 3 LEDs on it and you plug it in and it will light up and tell you if the outlet is grounded and wired properly. They cost about $5, but it is well worth it. Gene1000
Thanks Dave. It could be an outlet issue, but it's also possible that it's some other electrical appliance. I read where one user disconnected all of his computer stuff and that solved the repetitive click issue with the Pocket Pod.
