I bought a second hand pod HD500 and then accidentally broke 2 controls

I first broke the dial to change presets and then changed the "arrow Control" That allows you to choose a specific effect.

Just wondering if anyone knows where to get the parts and where to learn how to fix it. thanks

if you broke just the plastic of the PRESET knob it is very easy to replace..

if you broke just the plastic of 4-way button you need time and patience to disassemble your unit to work on the main board, and then reassemble everything.

but if you broke also the encoder under the PRESET knob and/or the tactile switches under the 4-way button, you need at least decent equipment and desoldering/soldering skills to do well the replacement job without doing further damages.

all that hoping that there are not further damages on the main board which you can't see at the moment from outside.

if you never did such tech jobs don't do it now for the first time with your device, but let someone more expert doing it for you.

the following should be the needed replacement parts (you might need not all of them):
