Hello, possible is connection like that:

Guitar > full tube amplifier > ux2 - instrument Input > cubase? 

I won't burn something?

Only if your amp has a DI/headphone output jack.  You can't plug an amplified speaker output into the UX2.  To get the tone from the amp recorded well, mic the amp.

Thank you, offcourse from output for recording from AMP, i want record from Line out and mic in the same time. Thank you!
