WENT ONLINE WITH PODHD500X AND NOW NOTHING WORKS

Putting together the OP's keywords: "POD HD500X, ONLINE, NOW NOTHING WORKS", I guess that most likely the problem is a firmware update gone wrong..

if so I suggest to the OP to do the following steps:

 

1. connect the power cable will pressing the  down button

 

2.after it the screen will say update flash.

 

3.connect the usb cable and run line 6 monkey program.

 

4.select flash memory and reinstall latest version.

 

5.after finishing just restart your pod.

 

If the above procedure solved the problem, you should do also a global reset and then the pedal calibration (do a search in the knowledge base to see how)
