Cannot backup M9 with MIDI

I can load my older Midi dumps back into my M9. But I can't get my M9 to backup anymore. Using an iMac running Mojave 10.14.6. Have the latest version of Sysex Librarian. My M-Audio Midisport Uno doesn't work. Just tried a new Roland Roland UM-ONE mk2 (it has newest driver for 10.14.6), still no luck. I'm doing the "Press the TAP button and the 'MODEL SELECT' knob at the same time on the M9 to begin the dump." But nothing happens. Any ideas?

Finally succeeded in loading to Sysex Librarian: I lightly pushed the Tap button and quickly (like in a second) pushed the Model Select button. BTW, didn't try it with the M-Audio Midisport Uno, but Roland Roland UM-ONE mk2 worked fine.
