I’ve connected my computer to my helix via usb and I was hoping to get to play along with a jam track from youtube but I can’t because it just freezes to download the video and the downloading never ends.. If I disconnect the usb cable, the video continues normally from the computer speakers. The problem is NOT my usb cable because hx edit and updater works fine with it. Also my computer recognizes and automatically changes the audio output to helix when usb is connected, as you can see in the picture. Have anyone had this problem too? rd2rk Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 In Global Settings>Ins/Outs Set USB 1/2 Destination to whichever outputs your speakers are connected to. If the USB connection is actually FREEZING the VIDEO, not just cutting out the AUDIO, then it's a MAC or cable problem. Just because the cable works for one function does not mean that it works properly for all functions. If it's a MAC problem I can't help you, I'm a PC guy.
