edwards87
I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 yesterday, and I've tried to install my POD HD400 today with no luck. If I connect via USB, I get a notification that Windows has detected new hardware, but it stays as 'unknown'. I've installed the drivers manually by downloading them from the Line 6 website, and also through Line 6 Monkey, which doesn't detect the HD400 in any case. When I install the drivers, it does the normal thing where it asks you to disconnect at first, and then to reconnect, at which point Windows should detect it and install by itself, but that doesn't happen. I have no issues with other USB devices so I don't know why this won't install? I can get why Windows might not have the details to install drivers automatically but if I've installed the Line 6 ones it should be working? Also, the POD itself works fine, and was also working through USB without problems before switching to Win10.
joel_brown
Make sure to try a USB 2.0 port or just a different port.
