itchybruddah Posted April 14, 2020 Share Posted April 14, 2020 Hi folks. I'm currently on day 11 of my 15 day trial but, I've got an issue. I recently had to kill my logic X preferences due to a corrupted session somewhere. (I could no longer use my templates and had to re-build. OY!) Thus, after trashing my prefs and re-buildng my most important template I can no longer load an "instance" of Helix Native. When I try, it freezes the app with the beach ball of doom. I've UN-installed the component according to page 6 of the Helix Native manual: https://uk.line6.com/data/6/0a020a3f1642f5d8d432755547/application/pdf/Helix Native Pilot's Guide - English .pdf I'm turning into a pretty big fan of this app/plug-in and am leaning VERY forward on continued usage. soundog Posted April 14, 2020 Share Posted April 14, 2020 I would contact Line 6 support directly (open a ticket). The trial seems to have some stuff built in (for copy protection, I assume) that makes it very finicky. Things may need to be reset on the Line 6 server end (I'm guessing). If you work with support and tell them what happened and that you are an interested, potential customer ... maybe they will even extend your trial period.
