Need Help Configuring Midi Keyboard in Studio One with Helix Native on PC

Hello,

I need help configuring Studio One on Windows 10 to use my Midi Keyboard to change presets.  I have the keyboard armed as a midi device and sending to Helix Native which lights the midi button when I hit the drum pad.  I cannot, however, figure out how to get it to do anything (adjust levels) but more importantly, switch presets.

I use my amp sim plugins to play along with backing tracks for practice and need to be able to switch tones at  button press.  Any help you could provide would be much appreciated!  If there are shortcuts I am missing to swap between presets on my qwerty keyboard that would likely solve the issue as well but I can't figure out any way other than clicking the preset with my mouse.

Thank you!

One option I see for achieving what I need it simply adding a few amps to a preset and switching them on and off and saving them as a snapshot.  Is there a way to switch snap shots using a midi keyboard controller as I described above?  Perhaps this would be easier than the presets.   I really only need about 6 sounds to practice with.

Okay, I was able to get the knobs on the Akai Mini to work to change snapshots.  I had to create an audio track with Helix, then an instrument track to output the MKMini to Helix.  I armed both and assigned the preset to each knob.  Then I used the Akai setup app to set min and max values of the 8 knobs aligning the min to correspond with a snapshot change.  0 for 1, 16 for 2, 34 for 3 and so on (guessing at the values).  Now when I turn knob 5 it jump to snapshot 5.

I couldn't get the drum pads to work likely due to velocity.  If I hit them at different strengths they jump around...

I wish I could figure out a way to just assign User Preset bank 22 to CC XX and so on.  As I have it configured now I will need to load two or three amps and cabs and shut them on and off depending on section or song type.  It's not a deal breaker for my use but at home sitting here practicing to back tracks I like to be able to switch quickly.
