I have no idea where it was, plus it was second hand and I don ot have any paperwork. How can I do this in order to download presets and patches? daveny5 Posted July 10, 2020 Share Posted July 10, 2020 Did it not accept the actual date you purchased it used? If not then just put any date a few years in the past since the unit is probably out of warranty by now. It says the copy of the receipt is optional.
