sunraa Posted November 26, 2020 Share Posted November 26, 2020 I updated the HX edit program and then proceeded to try an updat my Helix to 3.0 from 2.8. First problem, the update is not offered is first asks to check for update. When I do I am l asked to give my password to sign in. When I give my password I am told it is incorrect (it is correct - I even changed it to make sure). I am then told my info is incorrect, which it is not. If I check the box saying I lost my password, I come to a new page where I am told that I am already signed in. I trie every which way, I even tried to downlaod the upgrade app ; no success.
