Amahmood
Hi guys, Sorry if this has been discussed before but since the 3.0 update, my Helix keeps rebuilding all the 1024 presets every time I turn it on. Is this usual or is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

However, it really should only perform this operation once to bring the presets in to line with the latest format. You will also see this happen if you load any of your older presets from a backup, or presets that may have been downloaded from Customtone. Once again, this is to upgrade presets. Some users report that the rebuild routine may get stuck on a particular preset number, but I guess your Helix is doing the full set. Possibly there is a glitch that is not retaining the info afterwards. You can force the rebuild process by holding down FS10+FS11 while turning on the power to you Helix. No guarantee it will make it stop the rebuild on the next power up, but worth trying. If this fails you could do a factory reset, or even try a re-install of the firmware. Most likely this is a simple glitch and nothing serious, but annoying if it happens every time you switch on. Hope this helps/makes sense.
